48It%u2019s a sunny Monday morning at Empower Elementary School, and the children are in Mrs. Guardson's classroom. Mrs. Guardson has a surprise lesson topic for them. The classroom is filled with colourful sea-themed posters, and a picture of a dolphin is on the board.%u201cGood morning, everyone! Today is a beautiful Monday, and I have a fun lesson for us. Can anyone guess what animal we%u2019re going to talk about?%u201d asks Mrs. Guardson.Steve asks, %u201cWhat is it, Mrs. Guardson?%u201d\, we are going to learn all about dolphins! Dolphins are amazing sea animals. They%u2019re not fish; they are mammals,\Emily asks, %u201cMrs. Guardson, what do dolphins have?%u201dShe replies, \fin helps them swim really fast in the water!\Jeffry asks, %u201cHave they got big teeth?%u201dShe answers, %u201cYes, dolphins have got many small, sharp teeth. They use their teeth to catch fish, but they don%u2019t chew their food. They swallow it whole!%u201dAda asks, %u201cCan dolphins breathe underwater?%u201dMrs. Guardson points to a picture on the board. It shows a dolphin swimming near the surface. She says, %u201cGood question! Dolphins cannot breathe underwater like fish do. They have got a blowhole on top of their heads. When they come up to the surface, they take a big breath.\
